17. We want the two-thirds page column to be on the
right side of the page. Using the Item tool,
drag the text box to the right until it snaps to the
right hand margin.
18. We're getting there. Your page should now look like
the one below:
19. Alt-drag (Windows®) or
Option-drag (Mac®) to scroll
to the facing master page on the left. Repeat steps
13 through 18 to resize and reposition the main text
box on that page as well.
20. Now we are going to make the left-hand column in
our "one-third/two thirds" layout. Select
the Rectangle Text Box tool 
and place the mouse somewhere in the vicinity of the
lower right corner of the new box depicted in the image
below. Click and drag towards the upper left as shown
to create a new text box.
